I am the Dinesh & Ila Paliwal Innovation Chair and an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Analytics at Farmer School of Business, Miami University. I received my Master’s of Mathematics and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo (Canada), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil).

I have collaborated with several companies through research work, consulting, and/or joint student supervision, including Microsoft, KPMG, IBM, PwC, Cardinal Health, and Unilever. My views and work have been featured in outlets such as Bloomberg, Inside Higher ED, IoT World Today, Lifewire, Poets & Quants, Protocol, Point2, and Supply Chain Dive.
